1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU Customers Only)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 60 days without giving any reason.

2. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial use.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are only available within 60 days of the first payment, provided that no content has been accessed.

3. Refund Policy for Services (Coaching, Consulting, Custom Work)

  • Once a service (e.g., 1:1 coaching, consulting) has begun or has been completed, no refunds will be granted.
  • If the service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, Creators Club may offer a partial refund or credit at its discretion.
